Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actress from America. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack group of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. She began her film career by appearing in the crime-drama film Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was quite appreciated. In the film, which was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck also appeared. In 1985, after her debut success in a movie, the actress appeared in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the greatest high school films of all-time. Although the budget was just $1 million, its profits surpassed 50 million dollars. Between then, she began to appear in different TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first television appearance. The show premiered in April of 1980. show started airing. The show was designed for teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she appeared. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. Also, she appears on X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being a brief cameo. Sheedy won numerous awards in 2005 due to her performance. She also received the an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
