April Lockhart is a born on July 4th, 1995. As a seventh-grade student, she started taking piano and guitar lessons. That ignited her enthusiasm for songwriting. at the age of 12, April wrote her first song Different. When April was 14 years old, she dedicated long hours developing song ideas as well as perfecting the song.
