Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. Additionally, he is Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the next generation. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of many online pieces and is a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars).
